Khidma – Refund Policy

Khidma provides access to Islamic guidance and non-clinical counseling services. Due to the nature of these services, all sessions are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

1. Refund Eligibility (Conditional & Discretionary)

A refund or waiver of charges may be considered only at Khidma’s sole discretion if the user is dissatisfied with a paid service. To be eligible for consideration, the user must:

  • Send a written request via email to connect@khidma.live
  • Clearly state a minimum of two (2) specific reasons for dissatisfaction
  • Provide constructive suggestions for how Khidma can improve its service

Failure to meet all three requirements will result in the request being rejected automatically.

2. No Automatic Right to Refund

  • Submitting feedback does not guarantee a refund.
  • Refunds are not a user entitlement and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Khidma reserves the absolute right to approve or deny any refund request without obligation to provide further justification.

3. Scope of Refunds

  • If payment has already been completed, Khidma may issue a partial or full refund, at its sole discretion.
  • If payment has not been completed, Khidma may waive the applicable charges.
  • Refunds are applicable only to the specific session in question.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction based on disagreement with advice, opinions, or religious interpretation
  • Claims related to emotional impact, personal decisions, or outcomes following guidance
  • Requests made with abusive, threatening, manipulative, or misleading intent
  • Repeated refund requests from the same user
  • Claims raised after an unreasonable delay
  • Allegations not supported by platform records

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

Khidma reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund requests deemed frivolous, malicious, or made in bad faith
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly misuse the refund process
  • Take appropriate action to protect the platform, its advisors, and its operations

6. Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Khidma is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

7. Final Authority

All refund-related decisions made by Khidma are final and binding. No claims, disputes, or legal action shall arise solely from the denial of a refund request.
